This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Europe.
• Identify and articulate significant business challenges related to revenue growth by leveraging a combination of data analysis, market insights, and input from stakeholders.
• Perform structured quantitative and qualitative analyses to discover opportunities and evaluate trade-offs.
• Consolidate intricate findings into straightforward, actionable strategies and present them to C-level executives.
• Persuade senior stakeholders to secure support for strategic recommendations and facilitate execution throughout the organization.
• Oversee cross-functional strategic initiatives from start to finish, encompassing problem definition, alignment, execution, and performance assessment.
• Cultivate trusted relationships with cross-functional leaders and executives to proactively identify and influence high-priority initiatives.
• Serve as a generalist thought partner to revenue leaders, assisting them in navigating complex business challenges.
• Exceptional analytical abilities and structured problem-solving skills.
• Significant experience in a prestigious strategy consulting firm or in a strategic position within a high-growth startup or scale-up (e.g. strategy, business operations, corporate development, growth).
• Capability to derive insights from data and link them to actionable strategic recommendations.
• Strong leadership and ownership qualities, along with the ability to operate independently while connecting with the overall business strategy.
• Experience in managing complex initiatives from inception to execution, covering hypothesis generation to solution implementation.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in English, including the capacity to influence senior stakeholders.
• Intellectual curiosity, critical thinking skills, and a proactive approach.
• A collaborative attitude and adaptability in a rapidly evolving environment.
• Comfort with ambiguity and readiness to delve into unstructured business challenges.
• Enthusiasm for technology and an understanding of trends and market dynamics within SaaS and B2B software sectors.
