This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Singapore.
• Engage in the monthly evaluation of actual results compared to Plan/Forecast with the Management team across the supported functions.
• Conduct process reviews across all functions to ensure that reporting capabilities meet functional requirements.
• Create, manage, improve, and implement self-service reporting and dashboards for sales functions.
• Generate pertinent monthly reports and commentary for all supported functions.
• Develop ad-hoc reports as needed.
• Financial modeling: Construct complex Excel models from scratch through proactive collaboration with the regional team.
• Create scenario models to aid decision-making processes.
• Monitor headcount against Plan/Forecast to facilitate scenario modeling and planning.
• Maintain a detailed understanding and tracking of key cost drivers.
• Identify and monitor risks and opportunities in relation to Plan/Forecasts and track and forecast rebates.
• Collaborate closely with functional teams to understand and support the business.
• Previous experience in Revenue and Sales Operations within a similar industry.
• Proficiency in dashboarding, data visualization, and reporting using tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or AWS QuickSight.
• Advanced Excel skills, including expertise in VBA, Macros, Pivot Tables, array functions, Power Pivots, etc.
• Advanced experience with Salesforce (SFDC) and Anaplan.
• Familiarity with quota and territory modeling/design and execution.
• Proactive and adaptable, capable of interacting with a diverse range of individuals across regions.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and influencing skills.
• Excellent presentation abilities, with remote training skills considered a plus.
• Experience collaborating with both field-level staff and Senior Management teams.
• Highly developed analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Attention to detail and accuracy is essential.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to make a positive impact, with a proven track record of achievements.
