This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Singapore.
• Engage in monthly evaluations of actual outcomes compared to Plan/Forecast with the Management team across all supported functions.
• Conduct process reviews for all supported functions to ensure reporting capabilities meet functional requirements.
• Create, enhance, and implement self-service reporting and dashboards tailored for sales functions.
• Compile relevant monthly reports and commentary for all supported functions.
• Develop ad-hoc reports as needed.
• Financial modeling: Constructing intricate Excel models from the ground up through proactive collaboration with the regional team.
• Generate scenario modeling to aid in decision-making processes.
• Monitor headcount in relation to Plan/Forecast to facilitate scenario modeling and planning.
• Identify and track risks and opportunities associated with Plan/Forecasts.
• Collaborate closely with functional teams to understand and support business operations.
• Model and analyze performance indicators throughout the renewals lifecycle.
• Previous experience in Revenue and Sales Operations within a similar industry.
• Proficiency in dashboarding, data visualization, and reporting using tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or AWS QuickSight.
• Advanced Excel skills (including VBA, Macros, Pivot Tables, array functions, Power Pivots, etc.).
• In-depth knowledge of Salesforce (SFDC) at an advanced level, as well as Anaplan.
• Experience in quota and territory modeling, design, and execution.
• Proactive and agile in engaging with a diverse set of individuals across various regions.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and influencing skills.
• Excellent presentation capabilities, with the ability to conduct remote training being a plus.
• Experience collaborating with both field-level and Senior Management teams.
• Highly developed analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to make an impact, with a proven track record of achievements.
• Willingness to work across APJ time zones in a fast-paced environment.
• Desirable: Strong comprehension of a Renewals-driven business model.
• Strong analytical abilities to model and convert data into actionable recommendations.
• Experience managing multiple regions across Asia Pacific and Japan.
