This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Take ownership of comprehensive Revenue Program Management: Enhance global revenue through AI-integrated, agent-supported initiatives aimed at increasing sales productivity and efficiency.
• Transform strategy into AI-enhanced sales plays: Convert growth strategies into actionable sales plays and oversee inspection schedules, utilizing AI to standardize workflows, tailor approaches, and amplify sales.
• Propel execution and field adoption: Integrate revenue programs into everyday sales activities (such as pipeline reviews and deal inspections) and guarantee consistent implementation through data- and AI-informed insights.
• Emphasize applied execution and AI integration: Create training programs to facilitate outbound sales and expansion, concentrating on practical application to ensure AI tools are utilized in live deals and pipeline development.
• Maintain alignment across Go to Market initiatives: Collaborate closely with sales, marketing, customer success, and product teams to ensure efficient execution across all revenue streams.
• 6-10+ years of experience in Revenue Program Management and/or Sales Enablement, preferably within B2B SaaS or complex enterprise sales environments.
• Demonstrated success in driving sales execution, enhancing pipeline growth, and improving win rates, with a focus on sustainable adoption.
• In-depth knowledge of contemporary sales excellence, encompassing outbound pipeline generation, deal qualification, and progression, as well as expansion strategies.
• Strong AI orientation, with hands-on experience in applying AI use cases to boost seller productivity and enhance execution quality.
• Exceptional program management abilities, featuring well-defined KPIs, governance frameworks, and tracking of adoption across Sales, Business Development, Customer Success, and Marketing.
• Robust analytical and systems capabilities, especially with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce), pipeline reporting, and data-driven decision-making.
• Proficient stakeholder management and communication skills, with the credibility to effectively engage with sales leadership and frontline teams.
• Familiarity with the Winning by Design framework or experience within the EPM domain is advantageous.
