This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Portugal, +5 more states.
• Oversee, maintain, and continually enhance the HubSpot CRM, ensuring data integrity, process consistency, and user engagement.
• Provide support to Sales, SDR, Partnerships, and Customer Success teams by managing CRM workflows, automations, and operational procedures.
• Develop, sustain, and improve dashboards and reports that offer insights into pipeline health, sales performance, forecasting, and business metrics.
• Assist with the monthly sales commission process by verifying data and aiding in compensation management.
• Manage revenue tools including PandaDoc, Apollo, and other sales technologies.
• Spot opportunities to automate manual tasks and enhance operational efficiency.
• Resolve CRM and revenue system issues while acting as the first point of contact for end users.
• Aid in sales enablement efforts by organizing documentation, playbooks, and training materials.
• Support RFP responses and other cross-functional operational initiatives.
• Document, maintain, and consistently enhance revenue operations processes and standard operating procedures.
• Work in collaboration with Sales, Finance, Customer Success, Partnerships, and Leadership to ensure seamless operational execution.
• 1–5 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, CRM Administration, Sales Enablement, or a related operational position.
• Familiarity with administering CRM platforms (HubSpot preferred).
• Experience with sales technology tools and revenue systems.
• Strong analytical abilities with the capacity to create reports and identify trends.
• Excellent organizational capabilities with a keen eye for detail.
• Ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
• Strong communication skills and the capability to collaborate across remote teams.
• Nice To Have:
• Experience within a SaaS organization.
• Background in supporting EOR, PEO, HR Tech, or contractor management platforms.
• Proficiency with HubSpot, PandaDoc, Apollo, and BI tools.
• Understanding of MRR, ARR, forecasting, pipeline reporting, and SaaS metrics.
