Revenue Operations Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Hungary.

📋 Description

• Take charge of Deal Desk operations, encompassing deal evaluations, validation approvals, contract assessments, and various approval workflows.

• Ensure seamless progression of deals from quotation to closure, while adhering to internal compliance standards.

• Manage CRM data quality and integrity, guaranteeing accurate and dependable data for reporting and forecasting purposes.

• Maintain and enhance data structures, properties, and workflows.

• Develop and sustain dashboards and reports to facilitate pipeline visibility, forecasting, and performance monitoring.

• Offer insights and analyses to aid decision-making across the revenue organization.

• Assist in optimizing sales processes, including quoting (CPQ), validation, and management of lead and deal lifecycles.

• Resolve system and process challenges, acting as the initial support contact for Sales teams.

• Oversee and support tools such as HubSpot, Apollo, and Waalaxy.

• Promote adoption, usability, and continuous enhancement of the sales technology stack.

• Identify inefficiencies and drive enhancements through automation, workflows, and scalable solutions.

• Contribute to the ongoing design of processes and operational best practices.

• Collaborate with Sales Executives, Sales Leadership, Partnerships, Portfolio Managers, Marketing, and Finance teams.

• Assist in onboarding, training, and enablement initiatives related to tools and processes.


⛳️ Requirements

• 2–3+ years of experience in Sales Operations (preferably in SaaS, HR tech, or global services).

• Proficient in HubSpot with strong skills in workflows, automation, reporting, and data management.

• Familiarity with Deal Desk operations (pricing, contract evaluation, approvals).

• Analytical mindset with experience in Excel and/or BI tools.

• Knowledge of modern sales tools (such as Apollo, Waalaxy, Jiminny, Seismic, etc.).

• Basic understanding of AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Copilot, Claude).

• Strong sense of ownership — taking responsibility and seeing tasks through to completion.

• Proactive and responsive approach — not waiting for instructions.

• Ability to handle multiple requests and priorities in a high-volume setting.

• Detail-oriented, particularly when managing deal data, pricing, and contracts.

• Comfortable working autonomously with minimal supervision.

• Strong communication skills, capable of managing stakeholder expectations and providing constructive feedback when necessary.

• Service-focused, dedicated to supporting teams and resolving issues.
