This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Malaysia.
• Collaborate with Sales and Marketing leadership to develop and enhance regional go-to-market strategies.
• Provide daily support for Configure Price Quote (CPQ) processes, assisting the sales team in generating quotes, managing approvals, and resolving configuration challenges.
• Facilitate the entire electronic signature process, offering assistance in sending and tracking DocuSigns to ensure prompt deal closures.
• Manage sales leads, opportunities, and forecasts to maintain a clean and predictable revenue pipeline.
• Document internal procedures and supervise the daily use of go-to-market applications to ensure operational excellence and data integrity.
• Partner with Reporting functions to monitor Sales/Marketing KPIs and deliver insights that enhance business outcomes.
• Collaborate with Sales Enablement to guarantee that new hires receive adequate training plans, documentation, and system access.
• Oversee lead routing, assignment volumes, and dispositions; ensure successful marketing lead uploads and integrations.
• Identify and execute enhancements for workflows, training, and sales tools to increase field productivity.
• Act as the main technical liaison between regional sales teams and global technology administrators.
• 3–5 years of experience in Sales, Marketing, or GTM/Revenue Operations with a strong grasp of the Sales/Marketing continuum.
• Expertise in CRM systems (Salesforce.com preferred) and CPQ tools. Experience with DocuSign and Marketing Automation (HubSpot preferred) is crucial.
• Highly skilled in Excel and the Microsoft Office Suite for data-driven decision-making.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the capability to manage expectations in a complex, matrixed environment.
• Knowledge of local compliance and privacy regulations as they pertain to GTM systems.
• Self-motivated, results-oriented, and an effective team player who acts with a sense of urgency.
