This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North America.
• Act as the primary point of contact for incoming RevOps inquiries, overseeing the ticketing system to triage, assign, and resolve Tier 1 issues throughout the tech stack.
• Address common system issues in Salesforce, including data corrections, record ownership changes, field errors, and access requests, while ensuring adherence to SLAs.
• Elevate complex or high-priority issues to senior team members, providing comprehensive documentation and context.
• Conduct regular data audits and cleanup (duplicate management, field standardization) within Salesforce and associated systems.
• Oversee and uphold data integrity across the pipeline, including account, contact, opportunity, and activity data.
• Assist with territory management processes, which include account assignments and routing rule maintenance, as well as support for list management and data enrichment.
• Take ownership of the maintenance and accuracy of standard RevOps dashboards and reports within Salesforce and related BI tools.
• Create ad hoc reports and data extracts to fulfill requests from the commercial team, QBRs, and pipeline evaluations.
• Aid in data preparation for forecasting, territory planning, and go-to-market analysis.
• Facilitate daily administration of essential RevOps tools, including Salesforce, providing support with user provisioning, access management, and basic configuration modifications.
• Assist in quality assurance of new workflows and system changes prior to deployment.
• Document operational workflows, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and system configurations, while identifying recurring request patterns to recommend systemic process enhancements.
• 2–4 years of experience in sales operations, revenue operations, business operations, or a similar analytical position.
• Practical experience with Salesforce — adept at navigating the platform, generating reports, and performing basic data updates (Admin certification is a plus).
• Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets with the ability to handle large data sets comfortably.
• Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational abilities — ensuring nothing is overlooked.
• Clear and effective written communicator; capable of translating technical challenges into understandable language for non-technical stakeholders.
• Self-motivated individual who is comfortable asking insightful questions and working independently.
• A keen interest in systems and understanding how data flows within a modern go-to-market tech stack.
• Familiarity with tools such as Outreach, Gong, ZoomInfo, LeanData, or BI platforms (Tableau, Looker) is advantageous.
• Previous experience in a B2B SaaS or high-growth technology environment is preferred.
