This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Create, manage, and distribute dashboards and reports that provide leadership with clear insights into pipeline health, conversion rates, and revenue performance.
• Oversee and expand the deal desk operations.
• Take ownership of Salesforce management while developing the CPQ process.
• Detect trends, anomalies, and opportunities within revenue data, proactively bringing them to attention.
• Assist in quota setting and administer compensation plans in collaboration with leadership.
• Contribute to the development and upkeep of sales playbooks, process documentation, and enablement resources.
• Support sales teams in the creation, review, and processing of customer contracts to ensure their accuracy.
• 7-10 years of experience in revenue operations, sales operations, business operations, or a similar field.
• Familiarity with CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or comparable systems.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, or similar reporting tools.
• Excellent organizational skills with a strong focus on detail.
• Capability to manage multiple priorities and effectively complete operational tasks.
