Revenue Operations Partner – Billing

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North America.

📋 Description

• Deliver revenue cycle management and account oversight for OCHIN Billing Services (OBS) member clients.

• Emphasize the importance of nurturing, developing, and managing accounts and relationships.

• Comprehend and relay information pertaining to revenue cycle management and OCHIN’s key performance indicators.

• Provide efficient and effective accounts receivable services on behalf of member clients to enhance reimbursement results.

• Contribute to OCHIN’s revenue cycle performance indicators to safeguard the financial well-being of both clients and the organization.

• Assume responsibility for project deliverables by tracking progress and overseeing team member duties.

• Ensure accountability for the quality and timeliness of project results.

• Analyze and monitor billing trends to detect potential effects on key performance indicators (KPIs).

⛳️ Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in billing and/or coding within the revenue cycle preferred.

• Familiarity with Medicare, Medicaid, MVA, Workers Comp, and private insurance billing and reimbursement procedures.

• Knowledge of legal requirements is preferred.

• Experience and understanding of Federally Qualified Health Centers (FQHC) preferred.

• Medical Billing Certification from the American Academy of Professional Coders (AAPC) is preferred.

• Required experience working within EPIC’s Resolute system.

• For Acute Care hospital roles, rural hospital experience is mandatory.
