This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Portugal.
• Lead and nurture a small team of FP&A analysts, taking responsibility for their workstreams, development, and quality of deliverables.
• Oversee revenue assurance — ensuring that reported ARR, NRR, GRR, churn, and recurring revenue metrics are accurate, well-managed, and convey a coherent narrative.
• Conduct month-end close analysis related to revenue, including variance analysis against budget and forecast, and prepare the monthly Revenue narrative for management and investor review.
• Manage the production and quality of recurring reporting deliverables, such as the monthly sponsor pack, budget packs, sponsor reporting requests, and ad hoc inquiries from business leadership.
• Lead strategic initiatives on the revenue side of the business, including deep dives into customer cancellations, retention and churn analysis, pricing strategy assessments, and segment profitability evaluations.
• Collaborate closely with stakeholders across Customer Success, Revenue Operations, and the broader Finance function — identifying and seizing opportunities to enhance customer retention and lifetime value.
• Direct the data quality and governance efforts for the Revenue pillar, establishing standards and ensuring the team operates from a clean, controlled, and reliable dataset.
• Promote process improvement and automation within the Revenue pillar — transforming recurring reporting and analytical tasks into opportunities for new tools, automation, and AI-enhanced workflows that elevate the team's output.
• Support forecast and budget cycles for recurring revenue by working closely with the broader FP&A team and stakeholders throughout the organization.
• Assist with broader pillar priorities as needed, supporting the Senior FP&A Manager on strategic finance projects and requests from senior stakeholders.
• Outstanding academic qualifications; educated to degree level.
• Background in Big 4 or consulting firms preferred, ideally combined with industry FP&A experience.
• Experience in SaaS or other recurring revenue businesses is preferred.
• Familiarity with private equity-backed environments and the associated disciplines (sponsor reporting, board-level deliverables, exit readiness) is advantageous.
• Experience in leading or mentoring analysts; comfortable assuming responsibility for a team's growth and outputs.
• Strong analytical skills with the capability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights.
• Excellent commercial acumen — able to think strategically about the business, not just provide reports.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with modern analytical and reporting tools (Power BI, Snowflake, AI-assisted workflows) is a plus.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, especially when addressing senior stakeholders; fluent English is required.
• A culture founded on trust and accountability - providing you the freedom and autonomy to succeed and make an impact.
• Work-life balance - enjoy our Flexible Leave Paid Time Off policy, remote working options, Global Wellbeing Days, and additional benefits.
