This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Act as a reliable advisor to Sales Leadership, providing insights on Reddit's most critical commercial opportunities and challenges.
• Utilize data-driven insights and fundamental principles to assess intricate business questions, pinpoint the most impactful opportunities, and formulate strategic recommendations that inform commercial priorities, influence executive decision-making, and promote long-term revenue growth.
• Develop and refine the operating models, governance structures, and execution frameworks that connect strategy with implementation.
• Foster alignment among Sales, Revenue Strategy & Operations, Enablement, Product, Finance, and other cross-functional teams.
• Create success metrics and performance frameworks to evaluate business impact and seller effectiveness.
• Minimum of 4 years in Strategy & Operations, Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Management Consulting, or Product Strategy.
• Advanced skills in data manipulation (e.g., Google Sheets/Excel) with the capability to independently navigate large datasets to extract insights and construct executive-level data narratives.
• Proficiency in data infrastructure, with the ability to interpret basic SQL or utilize modern AI development tools (e.g., Claude, Cursor, Codex) to generate queries.
• Demonstrated history of leading high-impact, cross-functional strategic initiatives that yield measurable business results.
• Experience collaborating with senior leadership to address complex business challenges and influence strategic decision-making.
• Proven ability to translate executive strategy into scalable operating models, organizational structures, or business processes that facilitate execution at scale.
• Strong program management and stakeholder management capabilities, with experience leading initiatives across multiple cross-functional teams from strategy through execution.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, capable of distilling complex ideas into clear recommendations for executive audiences.
• Solid commercial judgment, with a profound understanding of how organizational design, seller behavior, and operational enhancements impact customer outcomes and revenue growth.
• Bachelor's degree is required.
