This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Develop, sustain, and enhance performance reports and dashboards tailored for pre-sales, sales, and channel teams;
• Track daily funnel metrics, conversion rates, productivity levels, volume, sales cycles, and performance by source and segment;
• Conduct regular analyses and reports (weekly and monthly), pinpointing variations, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement;
• Provide direct support to commercial leadership through data interpretation, diagnostics, and the formulation of action plans;
• Examine performance challenges throughout the pipeline (e.g., drops in conversion, operational bottlenecks, misalignments between stages);
• Engage in commercial intelligence projects, analyzing historical data, behavioral trends, and optimization prospects;
• Guarantee the quality, consistency, and reliability of commercial data within the CRM and analytical databases;
• Aid in the advancement of commercial processes focusing on data-driven and operational efficiency;
• Collaborate with other RevOps teams (Insights, Processes, Tech Stack) on key strategic initiatives within the department.
• Prior experience in Sales Ops, RevOps, Business Ops, or commercial intelligence domains;
• Proficiency with HubSpot, especially in utilizing commercial data and reports;
• Familiarity with data and analytics tools such as Metabase and Databricks;
• Capability to navigate various data sources and transform information into actionable insights.

• Experience in SaaS companies, fintechs, or rapidly growing B2B enterprises will be viewed favorably.
