Revenue Operations Manager – Outbound

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of the complete outbound technology stack, including Salesforce, Outreach, Apollo, Clay, Warmly, and HubSpot.

• Create, construct, and refine multi-channel outbound sequences (email, LinkedIn, phone) utilizing Outreach.

• Oversee lead routing, territory management, and ensure pipeline cleanliness in Salesforce and HubSpot.

• Establish automation workflows that minimize manual tasks and enhance representative productivity.

• Track and respond to buyer intent signals using Warmly and other relevant platforms.

• Enrich contact and account information through Clay — develop dynamic enrichment workflows across databases.

• Segment and prioritize target accounts based on Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) fit, engagement levels, and in-market indicators.

• Ensure the CRM maintains accurate, complete, and enriched data at all times.

• Collaborate with marketing to enhance website form conversions — conduct A/B testing on CTAs, form fields, and placement strategies.

• Implement and oversee lead capture tools and chatbots to effectively convert inbound traffic.

• Develop lead scoring models that highlight high-intent visitors to the sales team in real-time.

• Monitor and report on top-of-funnel Key Performance Indicators (KPIs): traffic-to-lead ratio, MQL volume, and lead quality scores.

• Create and sustain dashboards in Salesforce and HubSpot to provide leadership with real-time visibility of the pipeline.

• Evaluate outbound performance (reply rates, meeting rates, conversion) and drive enhancements.

• Identify bottlenecks within the funnel and suggest data-driven solutions.

• Provide regular updates on outbound activities, funnel health, and pipeline contributions.


⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or Sales Enablement.

• Demonstrated experience in managing and optimizing outbound sales processes from start to finish.

• Extensive hands-on experience with Salesforce (admin or power user level).

• Practical experience with Outreach or a similar sales engagement platform.

• Experience with Clay for data enrichment and automation processes.

• Familiarity with intent data platforms such as Warmly, 6sense, Bombora, or comparable tools.

• Proven experience in optimizing website conversion — forms, lead capture processes, and CTAs.

• Strong analytical skills — adept at creating dashboards and interpreting funnel data.

• Located in Mexico and available Monday to Friday, from 8 AM to 5 PM CT.

• Proficient in English (both written and spoken) — bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
