
Revenue Operations Manager – HubSpot

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.
• Take complete ownership of RevOps and develop it from the ground up.
• Manage HubSpot: including architecture, integrations, workflows, and data hygiene.
• Establish comprehensive funnel visibility (SDR → AE → Close).
• Define and enhance the Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) based on actual data.
• Evolve and optimize sales playbooks.
• Equip the team with the appropriate tools, processes, and insights.
• Integrate and scale AI in prospecting, research, and follow-up activities.
• Oversee forecasting, pipeline evaluations, and reporting.
• Manage lead routing, scoring, attribution, and Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
• A minimum of 3 years in a dedicated RevOps or Sales Ops position.
• Extensive expertise in HubSpot (preferably Sales Enterprise).
• Demonstrated ability to enhance conversion rates leveraging data.
• Experience supporting B2B SaaS sales teams with 10 or more representatives.
• Background in procurement, finance, or ERP-related products (Preferred).
• Familiarity with mid-market or enterprise sales cycles (Preferred).
• Experience with account-based marketing (ABM) or go-to-market strategies (Preferred).
• Strong written English skills for documentation, battlecards, and enablement materials.
