Revenue Operations Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Costa Rica.

📋 Description

• Take ownership and enhance sales and customer success workflows, encompassing account assignments, opportunity management, forecasting, and closing processes through onboarding, adoption, renewals, expansions, and churn management.

• Ensure the precision of pipeline and opportunity information, such as accounts, contacts, sales stages, forecast categories, ACV, product specifics, health scores, activities, and more.

• Sustain and refine standardized reporting for pipeline, bookings, and sales performance forecasts.

• Develop customer success dashboards, reports, and analyses to monitor key metrics including ARR, retention, NRR/GRR, expansion, churn, health scores, and product usage.

• Assist in territory coverage and account ownership frameworks. Oversee updates and guarantee seamless execution across pertinent systems.

• Examine trends throughout the revenue funnel and customer lifecycle to identify risks, opportunities, and growth levers.

• Transform complex data into straightforward, actionable insights and recommendations for revenue leadership.

• Collaborate with leadership to ensure congruence across GTM (Marketing, Sales, Channel, and Customer Success) regarding objectives, processes, handoffs, and ownership.

• Provide daily support for internal users by troubleshooting issues, addressing process inquiries, resolving data challenges, and managing operational requests with defined SLAs.

• Aid in forecasting and planning throughout the customer lifecycle, from new business to renewals and expansions. Work with Finance to ensure alignment in metrics and performance.

• Assess, implement, and optimize tools utilized by Sales and Customer Success (sales engagement, intent, enrichment, etc.), ensuring robust adoption and measurable impact.

• Develop and maintain documentation, training materials, and how-to guides to promote adoption and consistency in tools and processes.


⛳️ Requirements

• 3-5+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or similar roles within a B2B SaaS setting.

• Strong practical experience with Salesforce (including reports, dashboards, data models, and basic configuration). Familiarity with a Customer Success platform and/or Salesforce administration certification is an advantage.

• Proven success in collaborating directly with Sales and Customer Success teams, covering pipeline and opportunity management, quoting and deals desk, forecasting, data enrichment and governance, and performance analytics. Experience with compensation planning and commission processing is a plus.

• Strong analytical and modeling capabilities to work with intricate datasets and translate insights into actionable recommendations.

• Technical proficiency and business understanding across the entire revenue process, with a strong focus on sales and post-sales.

• Experience with GTM technology, including CRM (Salesforce), sales engagement and prospecting tools (Outreach, Nooks, LinkedIn Sales Navigator), data enrichment platforms (Cognism, ZoomInfo), and other sales productivity tools. Familiarity with AI tools is preferred.

• Understanding of SaaS revenue metrics (ARR, MRR, pipeline coverage, win rates, NRR/GRR, churn, expansion, cohort analysis, etc.).

• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects and ad hoc requests in a fast-paced environment.

• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities, with the capacity to partner effectively with both individual contributors and executive leadership.
