This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Take ownership of and consistently enhance the revenue technology stack (with HubSpot as the primary CRM); ensuring high data quality, effective automation, and widespread adoption among all GTM teams.
• Develop and sustain revenue forecasting models, pipeline reports, and executive dashboards that inform strategic business decisions.
• Assist in territory planning, quota establishment, and the design of compensation plans, collaborating closely with Sales leadership and Finance.
• Ensure alignment among GTM leadership and hold them accountable for meeting their targets and adhering to processes.
• Propel automation initiatives across all GTM teams, empowering team members to significantly enhance their work outcomes.
• Background in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or GTM Operations Leadership within a B2B Enterprise SaaS organization, particularly in a scaling environment (Series A–C).
• Strong analytical capabilities demonstrated through the development of forecasting models, revenue dashboards, and the ability to extract actionable insights from disorganized or incomplete data.
• Established history of designing and executing scalable GTM processes rather than merely optimizing existing ones.
• Exceptional cross-functional collaborator: you effectively align Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Finance on common definitions, tools, and reporting schedules.
• Proficient in automation and artificial intelligence techniques.
