Revenue Operations Lead

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Own our CRM as the definitive source of truth — ensuring pipeline hygiene, deal tracking, and data integrity throughout the entire revenue lifecycle.

• Develop and enhance workflows across email sequences, lead scoring, attribution, and pipeline transitions — guaranteeing that nothing is overlooked.

• Manage the complete journey from lead capture to closed deal — including routing rules, stage definitions, SLA ownership, and ensuring quality handoffs between marketing and sales.

• Design processes and execute projects by mapping, documenting, and refining go-to-market processes — and effectively delivering on them. You thrive in both detailed tasks and brainstorming sessions.

• As you gain insight across the organization, you'll expand your responsibilities beyond just revenue — identifying automation opportunities, enhancing cross-functional workflows, and aiding in the overall efficiency of the organization.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in RevOps, go-to-market operations, or a similar role within a B2B environment.

• In-depth knowledge of CRM platforms (experience with Monday.com is a plus) and marketing automation tools.

• A systems thinker who recognizes how alterations in one process can impact the entire business and designs solutions with this perspective.

• Strong project management skills — you monitor milestones, engage stakeholders, and accomplish tasks without requiring constant follow-up.

• Proficient in building automations and workflows — you can manage these tasks independently without relying solely on engineering support.
