This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Lead the implementation of strategic Sales Operations and Revenue Operations projects.
• Collaborate with leadership to enhance pipeline visibility, improve forecasting accuracy, and strengthen operational processes.
• Facilitate cross-functional projects that involve CRM, reporting, forecasting, commissions, and enhancements to the sales process.
• Assist in creating and maintaining a structured operating rhythm for pipeline reviews, forecast schedules, and business reviews.
• Work alongside analytics and BI teams to establish business requirements and prioritize reporting needs.
• Aid in CRM transformation projects, which include process redesign, field governance, and workflow enhancements.
• Develop scalable operational processes that enhance consistency and minimize manual tasks.
• Identify operational shortcomings, process inefficiencies, and prospects for automation.
• Contribute to change management efforts and promote adoption within the sales team.
• Over 7 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or related business operations roles.
• In-depth knowledge of forecasting, pipeline management, CRM systems, and the design of sales processes.
• Proven experience collaborating with executive leadership and cross-functional teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Ability to align strategic thinking with operational execution.
• Exceptional communication and organizational skills.
• Familiarity with CRM platforms, reporting tools, and sales analytics.
