This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Develop a reliable and measurable AI-driven revenue generation system.
• Collaborate closely with the CEO to establish systems, automations, dashboards, workflows, and operational frameworks that yield qualified opportunities.
• Design and enhance CRM systems.
• Create revenue dashboards and key performance indicator (KPI) tracking systems.
• Provide insights into the health of the pipeline across all service lines.
• Establish follow-up and lead nurturing processes.
• Set up operating rhythms surrounding revenue generation efforts.
• Create and manage a system for sourcing speaking opportunities.
• Streamline the application and opportunity tracking procedures.
• Develop outreach workflows for event coordinators and speaker agencies.
• Implement follow-up automation and integrate CRM systems.
• Produce measurable KPI reports on pipeline performance and overall health.
• Reduce repetitive manual tasks throughout the organization.
• Create operating systems that are scalable and replicable.
• Document standard operating procedures (SOPs) and processes to ensure consistency and sustainability.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in Operations, Revenue Operations (RevOps), or Growth Operations.
• Proficiency with CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, Go High Level, or comparable systems.
• Familiarity with automation platforms like Zapier, Make, n8n, or similar solutions.
• Experience with AI tools such as ChatGPT and Claude for workflow design and automation purposes.
• Proven ability to build dashboards and KPI tracking systems.
• Experience in designing outbound prospecting and lead generation systems.
• Strong skills in process design and documentation.
• Professional proficiency in both English and Spanish.
• Must reside in Latin America (LATAM).
