Revenue Operations – Automation Lead

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Peru.

📋 Description

• Design and implement business automations using tools like n8n, Make, Zapier, or similar platforms.

• Integrate CRM, prospecting tools, internal platforms, and external systems through APIs.

• Optimize business processes to minimize manual tasks, improve response times, and enhance visibility of the pipeline.

• Create operational dashboards for tracking sales, performance, productivity, and key revenue metrics.

• Implement AI-assisted workflows for business analysis, opportunity tracking, and operational efficiency.

• Automate reports and models related to CAC, LTV, commercial profitability, and agreement performance, in coordination with Finance.

• Translate business needs into concrete technical solutions, prioritizing impact, simplicity, and scalability.

• Explore new automation, data, and AI tools applicable to Kashio's commercial operation.

• Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Finance, Product, and Technology to ensure efficient integrations and sustainable processes.

• Document processes, workflows, automations, and operational criteria to ensure continuity and scalability.


⛳️ Requirements

• 3 to 6 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Business Operations, Data, Automation, or similar roles.

• Experience building automations with n8n, Make, Zapier, or equivalent tools.

• Experience integrating systems through APIs.

• Ability to build data pipelines, dashboards, and automated reporting.

• Basic knowledge of SaaS metrics such as CAC, LTV, conversion rates, pipeline, win rate, or commercial profitability.

• Ability to collaborate effectively with sales and finance teams.

• Genuine interest in developing solutions using artificial intelligence applied to business processes.

• High autonomy, a capacity for learning, and a hands-on mentality.

• Ability to translate business problems into simple, actionable technical solutions.

• Desirable experience in SaaS, fintech, technology, or growth-stage companies.
