Revenue Operations Analyst – Marketing

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Assist in the development and upkeep of HubSpot workflows for email marketing, lead nurturing, and lead scoring.

• Aid in the creation and quality assurance of marketing campaigns across various channels, ensuring precise targeting, tracking, and follow-through.

• Contribute to scaling campaigns across multiple markets while ensuring personalization and relevance.

• Monitor campaign performance and identify any issues or opportunities for optimization to share with the team.

• Serve as the operational bridge between marketing and the BDR team, ensuring leads generated from campaigns are appropriately routed and promptly followed up on.

• Establish and maintain lead routing rules and assignment workflows within HubSpot.

• Oversee lead flow and highlight any gaps, delays, or data quality issues that could affect BDR outreach.

• Assist in onboarding BDRs on marketing tools and processes, including using sequences, tracking engagement, and logging activity in HubSpot.

• Collaborate with BDRs and RevOps to ensure alignment on MQL definitions, qualification criteria, and handoff processes.

• Support the planning and operational execution of industry events, conferences, and webinars that 73 Strings participates in or hosts.

• Assist in managing pre-event logistics, including registration tracking, attendee list management, and HubSpot campaign setup for event follow-up.

• Coordinate post-event workflows such as uploading contact lists, triggering nurture sequences, and tracking event-sourced pipeline in HubSpot.

• Monitor event ROI by tracking pipeline and meetings generated from event participation.

• Act as a dependable operational partner to Sales, RevOps, and Finance, supporting shared data, reporting, and process alignment.

• Work with RevOps to ensure accurate data flow in HubSpot between marketing and sales pipelines, including proper attribution capture.

• Assist Finance with tracking the marketing budget and reporting on expenditures.

• Collaborate with the Sales team to ensure that marketing materials, sequences, and campaign assets are current and accessible in the appropriate tools.

• Participate in weekly pipeline and forecast reviews, providing data on marketing-sourced pipeline and campaign context.

• Oversee daily data quality and governance for marketing activities in HubSpot.

• Conduct regular data audits and cleanup processes to guarantee the accuracy and completeness of contact, company, and deal data.

• Create and maintain dashboards and reports that monitor campaign performance, lead generation, and pipeline contributions.

• Support weekly pipeline reporting and contribute to board-level marketing metrics.

• Assist in implementing and maintaining attribution tracking to understand which channels and campaigns yield results.

• Help document and refine marketing workflows, campaign processes, and post-mortem frameworks.

• Support the assessment and onboarding of new marketing tools and integrations as the technology stack evolves.


⛳️ Requirements

• Over 3 years of experience in marketing operations.

• Practical experience with HubSpot or another marketing automation platform (HubSpot is strongly preferred).

• Exposure to B2B SaaS or fintech environments is advantageous.

• Experience in providing operational support to BDR or sales teams is beneficial.

• High attention to detail and a genuine commitment to data quality.

• Proficiency in working with spreadsheets and creating reports; familiarity with BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, or similar) is a plus.

• Inquisitive and self-motivated — you take initiative to address issues without needing direction.

• Capable of managing multiple tasks and priorities in a dynamic, global environment.

• A collaborative team player who communicates effectively across different functions.

• Comfortable working across various time zones with a globally distributed team.

• Knowledge of AI-enabled marketing tools (e.g., Claude/ChatGPT, Tofu, Clay) is a bonus.
