Revenue Operations Analyst – Junior

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Management, enhancement, and creation of dashboards and spreadsheets.

• Development and revision of presentations for strategic meetings.

• Analysis of data and provision of insights for various business areas.

• Automation processes utilizing Zapier, Google Apps Script, and other tools.

• Data transformation using dbt.

• Assistance in establishing goals and evaluating outcomes.

• Documentation of processes and analytical findings.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficient knowledge of Google Sheets/Excel at an intermediate level.

• Understanding of SQL.

• Basic skills in data storytelling.

• Fundamental programming knowledge.

• Experience in Customer Success, Support, or Sales operations is advantageous.

• Familiarity with CRMs such as Pipedrive is a plus.

• Knowledge of Python and/or JavaScript is beneficial.

• Experience with low-code automation tools or Google Apps Script is a plus.

• Strong communication abilities.

• Skills in organization and time management.

• An inquisitive nature and a proactive approach.
