This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.
• Take ownership of performance analytics and reporting for a designated revenue segment.
• Develop, maintain, and enhance dashboards and regular reports to assist leadership in decision-making.
• Manage program attribution, overseeing tracking, operations, and reporting that link activities to outcomes.
• Design, construct, and refine end-to-end processes.
• Oversee pipeline and workflows, identifying bottlenecks and driving enhancements.
• Monitor performance against targets and KPIs, highlight gaps, and recognize successful areas.
• Discover growth opportunities through data analysis.
• Create business cases for new initiatives and secure leadership approval.
• Implement initiatives from the planning stage through to execution, adjusting based on data insights.
• Report on initiative outcomes in relation to original objectives and apply findings to future projects.
• Build, manage, and sustain backend workflows and automations in HighLevel's CRM.
• Utilize AI solutions for reporting, dashboards, and analysis.
• Collaborate with segment leadership through regular progress evaluations and alignment of priorities.
• Assist in onboarding, training, and change management for new processes or tools.
• Independently address and fulfill ad hoc requests from leadership.
• 2–4 years of experience in business/revenue analysis, sales/marketing operations, or a related analytical or operational area.
• Advanced skills in Excel/Google Sheets and SQL.
• Experience with BI tools such as Tableau, Looker, or Power BI is highly preferred.
• Practical experience with a CRM; Salesforce is preferred.
• Familiarity with building in or alongside GTM systems and automation platforms.
• Demonstrated ability to create a process or program from the ground up, establish it, and iterate based on outcomes.
• Experience in developing or managing backend workflows, automations, or internal tools; familiarity with no-code/low-code platforms, Zapier, and workflow builders is a plus.
• Strong skills in attribution/tracking and the capability to correlate activity data to outcomes.
• Exceptional communication abilities and the skill to translate complex analyses into clear narratives for leadership audiences.
• Capacity to work independently in uncertain situations, troubleshoot system issues, and drive tasks to completion.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Statistics, or a related quantitative discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience with Python or R for data analysis is advantageous, though not a requirement.
