Revenue Operations Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with sales leadership to pinpoint opportunities and deliver actionable insights aimed at enhancing sales productivity and optimizing operational efficiency.

• Create, document, and execute strategic initiatives designed to boost productivity, maximize revenue, and improve the performance of our go-to-market execution teams.

• Engage in global process and workflow enhancement projects that foster efficiencies within our revenue processes.

• Take part in annual planning efforts, including territory mapping, quota assignments, and headcount/organizational management.

• Promote operational excellence and discipline throughout forecasting and other essential GTM processes.

• Utilize key sales process applications, including but not limited to SFDC, Tableau, and Clari.

• Prepare executive-level presentations that evaluate business and sales activities as well as achievements.

• Conduct ongoing analysis and develop scalable, controlled business processes and playbooks.

• Build relationships with cross-functional teams such as Product, Marketing, Commercial Desk, Sales Technologies, and Finance.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in consulting or revenue/sales operations.

• Proficient working knowledge of Salesforce.

• Strong expertise in MS Excel and PowerPoint.

• Excellent project management, planning, and organizational skills.

• Solid analytical abilities, combined with a creative approach to problem-solving.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the capability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

• Prior experience in a SaaS company, startup environment, or similar rapidly-growing enterprise is highly preferred.
