This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.
• Develop and sustain Tableau dashboards that monitor performance across our partnership channel and new growth initiatives, catering to audiences ranging from country leads to executive leadership.
• Evaluate conversion rates, pipeline health, ramp trends, and revenue achievement across various programs and segments, identifying patterns before they influence decisions that have already been made.
• Provide interpretation and recommendations when a program is underperforming or when there is a shift in trends.
• Assist in GTM capacity planning and quota-setting cycles by modeling scenarios, creating attainment reports, and stress-testing assumptions prior to finalizing plans.
• Oversee performance-against-target reporting for growth programs and emerging channels: monitor attainment, highlight outliers early, and ensure data remains reconciled.
• Implement AI tools, including Claude and other cutting-edge models, as integral components of your workflow: automating repetitive reporting tasks, enhancing data synthesis, and developing scalable analytical programs that would typically require a larger team.
• Share the responsibility for data quality across our revenue stack, performing audits to ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
• Acquire sufficient context regarding our GTM motion to make meaningful contributions during planning and pipeline review cycles alongside sales leadership.
• 2–4 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Business Analytics, or a related GTM-adjacent position.
• Practical experience with Tableau is essential. You should be able to showcase dashboards you have created from the ground up.
• Advanced skills in Excel and/or Google Sheets are necessary.
• Experience with CRM data (HubSpot preferred) and its integration into downstream reporting is required.
• Familiarity with incentive compensation modeling, quota attainment reporting, or variable pay analysis is highly preferred.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Data Science, or a related discipline is required.
• Proficiency in English is mandatory; knowledge of Spanish and/or Portuguese is preferred.
