This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona.
• Develop and sustain pipeline forecasting models for market strategy planning.
• Model commission and incentive payments, and identify discrepancies prior to payroll cycles.
• Create ad-hoc analytical models for the leadership in Sales and Revenue Operations.
• Design and manage dashboards and reports that monitor pipeline health, funnel conversion, forecast accuracy, and account segmentation.
• Ensure data integrity for regular MBR, QBR, and Board reporting.
• Examine historical trends to pinpoint pipeline risks and opportunities, offering strategic recommendations.
• Construct and oversee reports for initiatives or tests to facilitate data-driven decisions.
• Maintain the health and quality of the account/contact database across the sales technology ecosystem.
• Collaborate with the Revenue Operations Manager to evaluate and enhance account scoring methodologies.
• Support the Salesforce reporting framework by creating and troubleshooting reports and dashboards.
• Utilize AI tools, such as Claude, to expedite modeling, analysis, and reporting processes.
• Comply with confidentiality, compliance, and organizational standards.
• Execute additional tasks as assigned.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Data Analytics, or a relevant field is preferred.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in a highly analytical position (Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, FP&A, or similar).
• Proficient advanced skills in spreadsheets (Excel/Google Sheets) are required.
• Familiarity with SQL is preferred.
• Required proficiency in Salesforce reporting.
• Strong quantitative, analytical, and modeling capabilities.
• Ability to independently identify what needs analysis and justify the methodology behind the numbers.
• Capability to convert complex data into straightforward, actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders.
• A commitment to data integrity and reconciliation.
• Excellent time management skills with the ability to handle multiple deadline-driven tasks concurrently.
• A self-motivated attitude and a quick-learning approach.
• Capacity to meet the specified physical demands, including sitting at a desk, using a computer, lifting/moving up to 10 pounds, reaching, walking, and effective verbal and listening communication.
