Revenue Operations Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Coordinate and manage customer orders, contract documentation, and account setup processes to ensure precise revenue recognition and readiness for billing.

• Evaluate and confirm sales orders, pricing, contract terms, and accompanying documentation for completeness and adherence to company policies.

• Collaborate with Sales, Finance, and Operations teams to address order discrepancies, billing challenges, and customer account questions promptly.

• Assist with invoicing tasks by overseeing billing schedules, monitoring revenue-related transactions, and ensuring accurate updates in the system.

• Maintain and refresh customer and revenue-related information within Salesforce, NetSuite, or other internal platforms to guarantee precision and consistency.

• Provide assistance during month-end and quarter-end revenue activities, including reconciliations and support for audit processes.

• Verify that contract products, pricing, and billing information align with authorized pricing tools and contract stipulations, ensuring that opportunities/orders are accurately closed in internal systems.

• Identify opportunities for process enhancements and actively participate in initiatives aimed at improving efficiency, accuracy, and customer experience within the revenue cycle.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3+ years of previous experience in a Revenue/Finance Operations position.

• Familiarity with Salesforce, NetSuite, or other internal systems.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.

• Proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite.

• Strong interpersonal skills, ethics, and cultural awareness.

• Excellent collaboration and influencing capabilities.

• Eagerness to work in a team-oriented environment.

• Outstanding organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.

• Strong project management abilities; capable of handling multiple projects and adhering to deadlines.

• Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
