This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product leaders to identify and prioritize business intelligence (BI) requirements for go-to-market (GTM) revenue operations, focusing on AI-driven KPIs and performance metrics throughout the entire funnel.
• Evaluate the accuracy and integrity of CRM and marketing automation data, working alongside sales and marketing teams to uphold and enhance data quality, hygiene, and governance.
• Develop and implement revenue, sales, and marketing KPIs and dashboards, utilizing AI and predictive analytics to monitor and enhance pipeline health, funnel conversion, and overall go-to-market effectiveness.
• Analyze lead-to-revenue data by various dimensions (market segment, product line, territory, channel) to evaluate sales velocity, pipeline composition, marketing-sourced and influenced contributions, and conversion rates, thereby informing planning and improving forecast accuracy.
• Create and manage AI-powered sales forecasting and deal-scoring models (e.g., Salesforce Einstein, Clari, or similar predictive tools) to aid in pipeline progression, sales velocity, and forecasting for recurring subscriptions and renewals.
• Assess both direct and indirect transactional and marketing attribution data to identify the best channel mix and ROI across sales and marketing investments.
• Analyze trends in sales and marketing funnels by segment and solution set to guide territory planning, pipeline coverage, and capacity needs for sellers and marketers.
• Evaluate, test, and facilitate the scaling of emerging AI tools, including generative AI for conversation intelligence, sales engagement, lead scoring, and marketing automation, to enhance the productivity of representatives and marketers.
• Design and implement engaging visualizations, dashboards, and reports that convert AI-generated insights into clear KPI narratives for sales, marketing, and executive stakeholders.
• Investigate market, customer, and competitive trends, utilizing AI-assisted research tools when appropriate, to support evidence-based decision-making and continuously track market and account share.
• Work collaboratively across sales, marketing, customer success, and finance to comprehend workflows, resolve process challenges, and consistently improve quote-to-order and lead-to-revenue processes.
• Educate sales and marketing teams on systems, AI tools, and processes to enhance adoption, efficiency, and data quality.
• Conduct in-depth analyses of team, seller, and campaign performance using AI-driven analytics, enabling managers to proactively address performance and process gaps.
• Consult with internal stakeholders to identify, analyze, refine, and document business processes and functional requirements for revenue operations systems and automation.
• Collect requirements for sales operations projects, test and assess new and existing technologies, and collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to manage and execute projects.
• Contribute to the formulation of strategic, operational, quarterly, and monthly sales plans and forecasts.
• Exhibit proficiency in identifying issues and proposing scalable, AI-enabled solutions to address them.
• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field such as Engineering, Business Intelligence (BI), Analytics, Data Science, Computer Science, or Mathematics.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in a sales, marketing, or revenue operations/business analyst role, or similar relevant work experience.
• Proficiency in the Salesforce suite including CPQ and AI/predictive features (e.g., Einstein, Data Cloud); Salesforce Admin or Developer certification is preferred.
• Experience with AI- and ML-driven sales and marketing platforms (e.g., Clari, Gong, 6sense, HubSpot AI, or similar tools for forecasting, conversation intelligence, or intent analysis).
• Familiarity with marketing automation and demand-generation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot) and their integration with CRM systems for comprehensive revenue reporting.
• Experience in designing, developing, and implementing advanced BI/reporting and predictive analytics solutions for effective data analysis.
• Capability to extract data from multiple sources and connect, import, and transform data for BI and AI/ML-driven analysis.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel or comparable business analysis, reporting, and visualization tools.
• Working knowledge of predictive analytics and machine learning concepts as they relate to sales forecasting, lead/deal scoring, and marketing attribution.
• Capacity to confidently present and explain data and AI-driven analysis methodologies to team members and management.
• Strong analytical skills complemented by excellent planning, analysis, and execution capabilities.
• Outstanding organizational and project management skills with strong follow-through.
• Ability to work across functions and internationally; experience in a multi-country, multi-cultural environment is preferred.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Solid understanding of sales and marketing principles along with revenue operations practices.
