Junior Revenue Operations Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Oversee and enhance current dashboards and reports to monitor essential operational metrics.

• Conduct regular data quality assessments and tidy up records across CRM and associated systems.

• Aid in the analysis of customer and product usage data under the supervision of senior team members.

• Assist the team with everyday administrative and operational duties (e.g., territory updates, list maintenance, basic troubleshooting).

• Contribute to the documentation of processes and workflows to facilitate team scalability.

• Address ad hoc data requests from stakeholders promptly.

• Highlight issues or trends to senior analysts and identify opportunities for enhancement.

⛳️ Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Analytics, or a related discipline.

• Basic proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets; familiarity with SQL or data visualization tools (such as Looker, Tableau, or similar) is advantageous.

• Strong attention to detail and comfort in handling structured data.

• Willingness to learn, exhibiting a proactive and coachable demeanor.

• Good communication abilities and a collaborative spirit.
