This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado, +4 more states.
• Take ownership of and consistently enhance the organization’s sales KPI framework across the entire funnel, including pre-pipeline, pipeline (early, mid, and late stage), and closed stages.
• Develop and sustain a standardized reporting suite (daily dashboards, weekly summaries, monthly reviews, and quarterly strategic rollups) customized for the unique requirements of Executive Leadership, Sales Management, Sales Representatives, and Operations & Enablement.
• Monitor and report essential metrics, activities, response rates, close rates, average deal sizes, bookings, weighted pipelines, conversations by segment, and goal pacing, providing suitable comparative and proportional context.
• Go beyond merely delivering data to conducting analyses, identifying trends, bottlenecks, and opportunities, and communicate findings in straightforward business language that leadership can act upon.
• Serve as the main business owner for Salesforce data integrity, ensuring that it remains accurate and synchronized with downstream financial, POS, and order-entry systems.
• Identify and implement automation solutions that eliminate manual reporting and enhance the reliability of sales data and commission structures.
• Collaborate with the Technology team on the roadmap, lead-routing logic, and the integration and optimization of the overall revenue tech stack.
• Develop and manage prospecting, list-building, and data-enrichment workflows in Clay to supply clean, well-segmented leads into Salesforce and the sales engagement layer (Salesloft).
• Convert product and process updates into sales-ready insights, while supporting the adoption and training of CRM and revenue tools.
• Must be flexible with work hours and available for travel, which may include extended hours during nights, weekends, and holidays. Travel for this position will be less than 10%.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Data Analytics, or relevant experience.
• Over 4 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or Business Intelligence, with a proven emphasis on reporting and KPI design.
• Advanced proficiency in Salesforce, including building reports and dashboards, managing data integrity, and comprehending CRM architecture and automation.
• Practical experience with Clay (or similar data-enrichment/prospecting platforms) for list-building and lead enrichment, including cross-platform execution that connects Clay to CRM, sales engagement, and other systems for orchestrating enriched data across the tech stack.
• Strong analytical capabilities with the skill to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights and communicate these insights in business language to senior stakeholders.
• Advanced Excel skills and comfort in working with large, imperfect datasets.
