This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Develop and sustain effective automations within Zoho CRM, Zoho Flow, Zoho ZMA 2.0, Zoho Forms, and other associated Zoho tools.
• Employ Zoho Zia Agents where they significantly enhance sales follow-up, lead routing, coaching, data enrichment, or reduce administrative tasks.
• Utilize AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude Code, Claude Cowork, Codex, or similar to enhance internal workflows beyond mere novelty demonstrations.
• Collaborate with existing automation and AI systems responsibly, ensuring documentation of workflows prior to implementation.
• Assist in creating AI-supported workflows for lead qualification, call-note summaries, quoting assistance, next-action recommendations, quote follow-up reminders, and sales coaching.
• Identify and flag automation risks before they escalate into operational issues.
• Organize, structure, and uphold Zoho CRM data integrity so the sales team can rely on the information presented.
• Enhance lead stages, deal stages, follow-up tasks, tags, fields, views, and reporting mechanisms.
• Detect instances where leads may be lost, delayed, duplicated, or inadequately followed up.
• Establish clear workflows for managing incoming leads, sales follow-up, quote reminders, and pipeline transparency.
• Assist the sales team in maintaining daily CRM discipline and adopting processes effectively.
• Create straightforward dashboards and reports that highlight areas needing attention without requiring founder intervention.
• Document each workflow created in clear and concise language.
• Develop Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) that future team members can easily follow.
• Educate team members on CRM best practices, daily workflows, follow-up discipline, and the correct usage and development of AI-assisted tools.
• Provide weekly updates detailing what has been developed, what has changed, what is currently blocked, and the anticipated outcomes.
• At least 2 years of experience in RevOps, sales operations, CRM administration, automation, or a closely related field.
• Proficient working experience with Zoho CRM.
• Proven experience in creating workflows, automations, dashboards, reports, or enhancements to sales processes within CRM systems.
• Comfortable collaborating with sales teams, sales managers, and non-technical personnel.
• Able to provide examples of systems you have improved, rather than just tools utilized.
• Strong working experience with the deployment of AI Agents.
• **Technical Skills (Non-negotiable)**
• Administration of Zoho CRM: fields, layouts, modules, views, stages, tasks, automations, and reporting.
• Experience with Zoho Flow or similar automation tools.
• Basic understanding of APIs, webhooks, CRM integrations, and data transit between tools.
• AI-savvy operator: actively incorporates AI Tools and Agents into daily operations.
• Ability to leverage AI for workflow design, documentation, quality assurance, research, summarization, and process enhancement.
• Capability to troubleshoot problems independently without continuous IT assistance.
• **Strong Nice-to-Haves**
• Experience with Zoho Deluge.
• Familiarity with Zoho Zia Agents or Zia automation.
• Experience with Zoho Analytics, Zoho ZMA 2.0, Zoho Forms, or Zoho Desk.
• Background in B2B sales operations, home services, trades, construction, building products, or field services.
• Experience with OpenAI, Claude, Codex, Zapier, Make, n8n, or custom automation workflows.
• Experience in training sales representatives or administrative staff on CRM utilization.
• Basic exposure to Shopify, Klaviyo, Meta Ads, or e-commerce automation.
