This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.
• Take ownership of monthly revenue goals related to micro-drama integrations, branded series, and intellectual property partnerships.
• Establish and cultivate a robust network of brand and agency connections from the outset.
• Manage the entire sales process: Outreach → Concept Pitch → Script & Integration Brief → Commercial Closure → Production Handover.
• Propel narrative-building within categories by educating marketers on the effectiveness of micro-drama storytelling regarding engagement, recall, and watch-time.
• Ensure forecast precision, maintain CRM discipline, and uphold pipeline integrity.
• Concentrate on renewals and account growth for sustainable partnerships.
• 10–15 years of experience in branded content, content IP sales, integrated marketing solutions, or digital media sales.
• Demonstrated success in meeting and exceeding annual revenue targets of ₹4.5 Cr+.
• Strong existing relationships with brands and agencies within FMCG, D2C, beauty, healthcare, mom/baby, or lifestyle sectors.
• Capability to arrange client meetings with quick turnaround times.
• Experience in pitching long-form branded content, OTT integrations, web series, branded entertainment, micro-drama, or related storytelling formats.
• Excellent consultative selling skills with experience in selling concepts/IPs rather than just media inventory.
• Strong business acumen in pricing IPs, structuring multi-quarter contracts, and planning activation calendars.
• Ability to quickly ramp up with noticeable pipeline generation in the first month and revenue closures starting from the second month.
