This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Design, develop, and enhance new product functionalities for our internal web application using a modern technology stack that includes Next.js, TypeScript, Supabase, and Vercel.
• Construct, test, and sustain robust, production-grade data pipelines and automated integrations with core revenue platforms such as Salesforce and Gong.
• Collaborate directly with Customer Growth & Success (CGS) stakeholders from SDR, AE, AM, and CSM teams to convert their daily operational challenges into a practical engineering roadmap.
• Assess, refine, and implement LLM prompts, open-source AI frameworks, and third-party tools to improve the reliability and usability of output data.
• Record foundational technical architecture choices and create clear operational playbooks to ensure that your independent systems can be easily maintained by the wider team in the long run.
• Periodically coordinate with data engineering, security, and the Enterprise Apps team to ensure that internal tools integrate smoothly with the global corporate infrastructure.
• Over 3 years of hands-on experience in a dedicated Revenue Engineering role or a highly technical Revenue Operations position.
• Proven experience utilizing AI tools to develop and enhance applications for internal revenue and CGS teams (e.g., Claude Code, ChatGPT, Cursor, etc.).
• Software development experience with a modern technology stack (e.g., Python, Node.js, Next.js, TypeScript, React, etc.).
• Experience in developing and integrating infrastructure within Salesforce.
• Practical application architecture experience using lean backend-as-a-service (BaaS) and contemporary hosting platforms (e.g., Supabase, Firebase, AWS Amplify, Vercel, Railway, Render).
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a proven ability to convey clear technical software solutions to non-technical business stakeholders.
• Strong technical knowledge or custom API integration experience with tools such as Gong and/or Outreach is a plus.
• Previous professional experience in a rapidly scaling B2B SaaS business model is a plus.
