This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Define and enhance pricing and trade-term structures across various brands, channels, and customers.
• Establish and uphold commercial guardrails (e.g., discount levels, trade terms, promotion rules) to maintain margin discipline.
• Develop and lead annual negotiations, including frameworks, targets, and offer structures.
• Drive trade spend strategy and effectiveness, determining how investments are distributed across discounts, promotions, and displays.
• Establish clear guidelines for promotional activities (depth, frequency, mechanics) to foster value-driven growth.
• Oversee and maintain pricing and trade-term configurations in systems (e.g., SAP), ensuring alignment with agreed-upon conditions.
• Collaborate closely with Key Account Managers, Finance, and Brand teams on decisions related to revenue growth.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in Revenue Growth Management, Commercial Excellence, or a similar role within the FMCG sector or a comparable industry.
• Demonstrated experience working with pricing, trade terms, and promotional mechanics in a B2B or retail context.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, combined with a hands-on approach and a focus on rapid execution.
• Capability to effectively structure and manage complex projects and processes.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel, including the ability to build and maintain models, derive insights, and automate workflows.
• Clear and effective communication skills.
• Proficient in English; knowledge of German is an advantage.
