This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Define, develop, and spearhead customer-centric RGM initiatives to unlock growth potential.
• Establish sustainable RGM processes to uncover opportunities and convert them into effective commercial strategies.
• Enhance product/assortment frameworks and promotional guidelines in partnership with the Marketing team.
• Examine purchasing trends and market data to formulate strategic insights.
• Create innovative pricing and terms strategies.
• Advocate for the RGM mindset within the DACH region.
• Collaborate closely with Key Account Management, Marketing, Controlling, and international colleagues.
• Minimum of 2 years' experience in Revenue Growth Management, Category Management, or Business Controlling.
• Strong numerical and financial acumen, with experience in preparing P&L analyses.
• Confident and assertive presence with excellent influencing skills to inspire teams.
• Pragmatic mindset coupled with robust strategic capabilities.
• Open-minded approach to discovering opportunities and exploring innovative solutions.
