This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Input daily revenue records into systems within two business days following data uploads.
• Examine entered data for thoroughness and precision before reconciling data groups and transferring information to the ledger.
• Investigate and address discrepancies, inconsistencies, and missing information.
• Oversee workflow volumes and liaise with internal and external stakeholders regarding delays, missing reports, or processing impacts.
• Ensure the maintenance of accurate revenue reports and accompanying documentation.
• Address inquiries from the Revenue Accounts team and other internal stakeholders.
• Organize workload effectively to meet processing deadlines.
• Assist with month-end revenue close activities, ensuring that entries are recorded, verified, and posted by the fourth business day of each month.
• Escalate issues that affect service levels, reporting accuracy, or month-end deadlines.
• Carry out additional responsibilities supporting the Services & Operational Support and Customer Experience departments.
• Report directly to the Manager, Services and Operational Support.
• At least one (1) year of experience in data entry, administrative work, or a related field.
• Outstanding attention to detail and a strong commitment to data accuracy and quality.
• Quick, precise, and efficient data entry skills, especially under tight deadlines.
• A strong sense of urgency and accountability, with the ability to prioritize competing deadlines.
• Experience working in a deadline-oriented environment where accuracy and timeliness are essential.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Capability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and other business applications.
• A dedicated, quiet workspace with reliable internet access.
• Commitment to departmental service levels and month-end reporting schedules.
• Ability to remain seated for extended periods while operating at a computer workstation.
• Frequent use of a computer and keyboard for data entry tasks.
• Capability to read, analyze, and interpret information displayed on a computer screen.
• Occasional ability to lift office supplies or materials weighing up to 10–15 pounds.
• Ability to maintain focus and productivity in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
