Data Entry Operator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.

📋 Description

• Validate data from source documents in accordance with established procedures and regulations.

• Cross-check entered data against source documents for typographical errors, omissions, duplicate data, composition codes, style guidelines, and necessary edits.

• Conduct a thorough search of the entire application while organizing files in a specified order.

• Identify and compile essential Text, CWU, and Drawings information.

• Ensure that products comply with established rules and guidelines.

• Complete weekly timesheets accurately.

• Adhere to standard procedures as outlined by current ISO standards.

• Undertake other related duties as necessary.

• Operate within clearly defined procedures while performing routine entry-level business support tasks.

⛳️ Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Willingness to commit to up to three weeks of full-time remote training.

• Availability for a minimum of 40 productive hours per week from home.

• Strong attention to detail.

• Basic proficiency in computer applications.

• Effective verbal and written communication skills.

• Capability to meet scheduled deadlines.

• Availability for additional virtual training and meetings as required.

• Ability to successfully complete all pre-employment assessments.

• Capability to meet and maintain the quantity and quality metrics of each applicable department.

• High-speed internet access is necessary.

• Must be a U.S. Citizen.

• Must successfully undergo a background investigation and obtain Public Trust security clearance.

• No prior training or relevant work experience is required.
