This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee daily operations for the Insurance division, managing multiple clients, teams, and workflows.
• Enhance productivity, quality, liquidation, and operational performance metrics.
• Track departmental trends, pinpoint operational risks, and execute corrective action plans.
• Ensure uniform workflows, documentation practices, and operational consistency across teams.
• Collaborate with leadership to foster scalable operational processes and optimize workflows.
• Directly manage Managers and/or Supervisors within the division.
• Mentor and develop frontline leadership teams to enhance accountability, communication, and performance management.
• Promote employee engagement, retention, and leadership development initiatives.
• Uphold Revco’s ONE culture and leadership expectations throughout the organization.
• Strengthen client relationships through operational oversight, reporting reviews, and issue resolution.
• Work alongside internal departments such as Training, Human Resources, Technology, and Implementations.
• Evaluate operational and financial performance metrics to discover opportunities for improvement.
• Aid in the development and implementation of departmental goals, KPIs, and performance initiatives.
• Advocate for continuous improvement initiatives and efforts in operational efficiency.
• A Bachelor’s degree is preferred or equivalent operational leadership experience.
• More than 5 years of experience in healthcare revenue cycle management.
• At least 3 years of leadership experience in managing operational teams.
• Solid understanding of insurance follow-up, denials management, appeals, and revenue recovery operations.
• Proven experience in managing performance metrics, productivity standards, and operational reporting.
• Excellent leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Capacity to lead through change in a dynamic operational environment.
• Proficient in operational systems, reporting tools, and Microsoft Office applications.
