Revenue Cycle Managed Services Director – Client Delivery

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Supervise all facets of client Medical Group revenue cycle managed services.

• Foster and uphold robust, trustworthy relationships with key stakeholders at client organizations.

• Enhance client satisfaction and retention by expanding services and pursuing continuous improvement.

• Oversee P&L performance, including budgeting and forecasting responsibilities.

• Offer strategic and operational leadership for revenue cycle functions in client healthcare facilities.

• Collaborate to ensure the effective execution of Revenue Cycle processes.

• Create and present detailed reports on revenue cycle performance.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Finance, or a related discipline.

• Master's degree is preferred.

• 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in large Medical Group Revenue Cycle operations.

• Extensive and proven expertise with the Epic EHR platform, particularly regarding its revenue cycle modules.

• Demonstrated success in managing and optimizing all aspects of the revenue cycle, from appointment scheduling to accounts resolution.

• Outstanding leadership, communication, and interpersonal abilities.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving competencies.
