This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Supervise all facets of client Medical Group revenue cycle managed services.
β’ Foster and uphold robust, trustworthy relationships with key stakeholders at client organizations.
β’ Enhance client satisfaction and retention by expanding services and pursuing continuous improvement.
β’ Oversee P&L performance, including budgeting and forecasting responsibilities.
β’ Offer strategic and operational leadership for revenue cycle functions in client healthcare facilities.
β’ Collaborate to ensure the effective execution of Revenue Cycle processes.
β’ Create and present detailed reports on revenue cycle performance.
β’ Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Finance, or a related discipline.
β’ Master's degree is preferred.
β’ 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in large Medical Group Revenue Cycle operations.
β’ Extensive and proven expertise with the Epic EHR platform, particularly regarding its revenue cycle modules.
β’ Demonstrated success in managing and optimizing all aspects of the revenue cycle, from appointment scheduling to accounts resolution.
β’ Outstanding leadership, communication, and interpersonal abilities.
β’ Strong analytical and problem-solving competencies.
