Revenue Cycle Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee Amplify revenue cycle initiatives aimed at increasing revenue and reducing costs.

• Manage the selection, evaluation, contracting, design, and implementation of vendors as necessary.

• Direct revenue cycle teams in the analytical aspects of workflow redesign.

• Identify, develop, and execute enhancement solutions for revenue cycle divisions.

• Document operational procedures to promote best practices and facilitate future automation design.

• Supervise revenue cycle functions including technology planning, staffing evaluations, operational improvement strategies, and workflow enhancement.

• Analyze and recognize trends within revenue cycle operations.

• Leverage data to formulate recommendations and implement process redesign strategies.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in revenue cycle operations.

• Familiarity with revenue cycle processes and systems such as EHRs and patient financial systems.

• Strong leadership abilities.

• Clear and confident verbal and written communication skills.

• Understanding of financial and operational controls.

• Capability to effectively instill a sense of urgency with both internal and external clients when project risks are identified.

• Bachelor's degree in business management, finance, or a related field is required.

• A minimum of five (5) years of experience in revenue cycle is preferred.

• Experience in client-facing roles and analytics is preferred.

• Ability to work remotely.

• Willingness to travel 10% of the time.
