This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Spearhead the design and execution of sophisticated pricing models for SaaS and card processing services.
• Conduct strategic revenue analysis, focusing on portfolio performance, client profitability, and market trend assessment.
• Manage revenue forecasting processes and contribute to long-term financial planning and budgeting.
• Offer expert advice on interchange fee management and regulatory compliance.
• Formulate pricing strategies for high-value clients and lead regular pricing reviews for existing accounts.
• Discover and advocate for opportunities in pricing innovation and margin enhancement, taking ownership to ensure thorough execution of resolutions.
• Compile and present intricate financial analyses and executive reports to senior management.
• Work collaboratively across departments with Sales, Customer Success, Finance, and Product teams to synchronize pricing strategies with business objectives.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior analysts, promoting skill enhancement and best practices.
• Partner with the Data Analytics team to eliminate knowledge silos by leveraging business expertise, facilitating the creation of reporting dashboards for improved visibility, and assisting cross-functional teams in achieving strategic goals.
• Execute additional duties as assigned.
• A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field is required; an MBA or advanced degree is preferred.
• At least four (4) years of experience in financial analysis, pricing strategy, or revenue management.
• Demonstrated experience in the Payment or SaaS industry is highly preferred.
• In-depth knowledge of payment interchange programs, pricing models, revenue optimization strategies, and relevant laws/regulations.
• Strong leadership and mentoring skills.
• Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and data interpretation abilities.
• Capability to manage complex projects and influence stakeholders across all levels.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling; familiarity with BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is preferred.
• Working knowledge of Salesforce and ERP systems.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, including proficiency in executive presentations.
