Revenue Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Reports to the Finance Manager and is responsible for overseeing the financial relationships with a designated portfolio of bus operators while performing general accounting functions.

• Become a “subject matter expert” in the assigned operators, ensuring the accuracy of all data maintained on operators and that systems are correctly populated.

• Collaborate closely with GlobalOps and other teams to comprehend and document the flow of data, funds, and specific sales reporting processes for the assigned operators, including necessary updates to the information.

• Reconcile sales data between the operators and reports, as well as with the accounting system (NetSuite).

• Prepare and communicate sales reports and commission invoices.

• Prepare payment requests for approval.

• Record and/or review operator payments in NetSuite.

• Address operator inquiries related to sales reporting and payments.

• Conduct monthly reconciliation of all payables and receivables for the assigned operators.

• Monitor operators' inboxes and respond to their queries in a professional and timely manner.

• Ensure proper onboarding of new operators, including the validation of identification and banking information.

• General accounting duties include performing month-end closing tasks, recording journal entries, analyzing and reconciling accounts, conducting balance sheet reconciliations, creating account movement tracking schedules, and assisting with other related accounting tasks.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience as a financial analyst.

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field is preferred.

• Familiarity with revenue-related journal entries, experience in a multi-currency and multi-company environment, and a solid overall accounting knowledge.

• Must possess knowledge of US GAAP.

• Expert in MS Excel; experience with NetSuite or other ERP systems is an asset.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• A team player and self-starter, capable of managing multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
