Revenue Accounting Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Assist with all facets of operational accounting

• Significant emphasis on revenue recognition

• Aid in the development, execution, and upkeep of revenue recognition policies

• Evaluate customer contracts

• Ensure compliance with internal policies and accounting standards

• Facilitate operational accounting tasks

• Analyze and review financial data

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams

• Provide support to management for ad hoc requests

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in revenue recognition

• In-depth knowledge of ASC 606 / IFRS 15 and US GAAP

• Bachelor's degree (or 4 years of relevant experience as a substitute)

• Strong understanding of accounting principles

• Capability to work independently

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

• Strong verbal and written communication abilities

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word & PowerPoint)

• Previous experience with NetSuite and FloQast is a plus.
