This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Oregon.
• Create and implement communication and educational strategies by conducting individual virtual sessions and group meetings on-site, utilizing various technologies in a professional manner.
• Encourage participants to take measurable actions to enhance their retirement outcomes, such as plan enrollment, increasing deferrals, and transferring funds from previous plans.
• Attain business objectives and foster meaningful discussions while adhering to service level agreements.
• Diligently fulfill reporting obligations within specified timelines, including documenting meetings, attendees, and outcomes in the appropriate systems.
• Cultivate strong relationships with designated key contacts, plan sponsor representatives, and internal stakeholders to optimize successful outcomes for participants.
• Oversee the meeting schedule, which includes arranging travel bookings.
• Offer feedback to local relationship managers regarding the effectiveness of communication materials and strategies, while assisting in exploring alternatives.
• Participate in client meetings alongside other service team members.
• May be required to take part in final presentations for new prospects based on the needs of the territory.
• A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience may be considered in place of a degree.
• 2 to 4 years of relevant experience in financial services.
• Strong presentation skills are essential.
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams is required.
• Excellent relationship-building and territory management skills are necessary.
• FINRA Series 6 and Series 63 registrations must be obtained within established timelines.
• FINRA fingerprinting is required.
• Proficiency in Spanish is essential.
