Retirement Plan Consultant – Junior Associate

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Offering assistance to internal teams regarding matters related to retirement plans.

• Preparing year-end compliance initiatives for both small and mid-sized plans.

• Engaging in the execution of intricate projects and calculations, such as missed deferral opportunities and plan audits.

• Supporting team members with research and advice on plan administration initiatives.

• Collaborating with internal Client Services on plan-related issues and coordinating with experienced subject matter experts.

• Working alongside external Plan Administrators to acquire information on projects and aid in prioritizing project completion.

• Partnering with team members to enhance departmental procedures.

• Aiding in the achievement of individual, departmental, and company key performance indicators (KPIs).


⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 1 year of experience in the retirement plan industry, with a keen interest in comprehensive learning of retirement plan compliance.

• A passion for retirement plan operational processes.

• Professional and succinct verbal, non-verbal, and written communication abilities.

• Strong attention to detail and a sense of urgency.

• Ability to adapt as priorities and processes evolve.

• Self-motivated, resourceful, and a problem solver who works effectively independently.

• A proactive, client-focused mindset that thrives on accountability, credibility, and trust.

• A client-oriented, positive team player with a "can do" attitude, regardless of the task size.
