This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.
• Serve as the primary contact for employers, plan sponsors, and financial professionals regarding their accounts.
• Deliver exceptional client service with minimal disruption to clients by providing timely problem resolution and issue management.
• Collaborate with all relevant parties, both internal and external, to ensure a precise conversion process for new clients.
• Act as a resource for plan sponsors and financial professionals on topics related to ERISA compliance, plan design, and governmental reporting.
• Utilize knowledge of plan design to support plan operations and document revisions.
• Communicate effectively in both verbal and written formats, ensuring clarity, conciseness, and informativeness.
• Assist clients with all initial and ongoing support related to plan design and documentation, including guidance on their responsibilities to comply with IRS and DOL regulations and deadlines essential for qualified retirement plans.
• Help clients with service and IRS plan terminations.
• Oversee all elements of valuation reports and annual testing, including ADP/ACP, Top Heavy, 410(b), 415, 401(a)(4), Deductibility, and 402(g).
• Review or create Form 5500 and collaborate with plan sponsors to ensure timely submissions.
• Support IRS and DOL auditors in cases where the plan is subject to an audit.
• Examine distribution paperwork and coordinate the processing of distributions with the asset holder.
• Review loan documentation and facilitate the processing of loans with the asset holder.
• A minimum of three years of ERISA experience in the retirement industry.
• Proficient in analyzing financial data.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Exceptional attention to detail.
• Ability to prioritize, manage tasks, and meet deadlines related to business operations, including ERISA compliance issues.
