• Deliver both individual and group presentations, either in person or through video technology, aimed at enhancing knowledge of plan features and increasing plan assets.
• Presentations encompass enrollment sessions, age-based financial education gatherings, and advanced financial literacy meetings as requested by the plan sponsor or outlined in the respective communication and education plan.
• Actively engage in benefit fairs and orientation sessions for new employees.
• Contribute to the annual plan review and the planning process for financial education.
• Support the Relationship Manager and/or District Vice President in targeted education campaigns designed to boost participation and deferral rates.
• Meet with participants and eligible employees to provide education on plan participation.
• Travel may be necessary based on your territory for new plan enrollments.
• A high school diploma or GED is mandatory; a Bachelor's Degree is preferred.
• Series 7 and Series 66 licenses are preferred, along with the necessary state insurance licenses.
• CFP, ChFC, or similar designations are advantageous.
• Exceptional presentation skills are required.
• Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English is a plus.
