This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Massachusetts.
• Take charge of and implement the retention strategy for Mid-Large Corporate and Taft-Hartley clients
• Proactively assess, quantify, and address retention risks
• Create and execute action plans at the sponsor level in collaboration with Relationship Management
• Oversee all components of due diligence events, including RFI/RFP strategy, execution of responses, finalist presentations, and contract negotiations
• Develop and implement loyalty and engagement initiatives
• Bachelor’s degree
• Over 10 years of experience in the retirement plan sector (Defined Contribution, Defined Benefit, and Non-Qualified plans)
• Proven track record in retention, sales, or relationship management within the Mid-Large retirement market
• Demonstrated capability to lead intricate, multi-stakeholder negotiations and renewal processes
• Strong analytical skills and strategic decision-making abilities, including pricing and competitive analysis
• Active and maintained licenses (Life Insurance and Series 6 or equivalent)
• Willingness to travel up to 40%
