This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Lead a team consisting of Associate Consultants, Consultants, Senior Consultants, and Principal Consultants.
• Provide ongoing coaching, constructive feedback, and support for career progression.
• Oversee the daily operational integrity of the Retainer Management program.
• Create, uphold, and consistently enhance team processes and documentation.
• Act as the main escalation contact for intricate and sensitive customer matters.
• Function as a vital link between the Retainer Management team and internal stakeholders.
• Discover and assist in cross-selling and upselling opportunities in collaboration with the Sales team.
• Significant experience in managing people effectively.
• Have directly supervised a team and managed the complete employee lifecycle.
• Experienced in overseeing customer relationship management initiatives.
• Familiarity with cybersecurity services or incident response operations.
• Capability to foster trust and maintain positive relationships across various teams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational abilities and adept at managing competing priorities.
